Terms and Conditions for Students Attending Grinds at Educating Éire 1. Rate Per Month for Grinds The fee for attending grinds at Educating Éire is €110 per subject per month. This fee covers all scheduled grind sessions and access to recorded grinds. Rates and applicable discounts for multiple subjects and/or students are announced periodically and are subject to change. 2. Inclusion of Recorded Grinds Grinds per month include recorded sessions even if students do not attend the live grind. These recordings are an integral part of the service and provide an opportunity for students to review the material at their convenience. Credit cannot be transferred from one week to another-unless written permission is granted. 3. Access to Recorded Grinds Students can obtain recordings of grinds via a secure link that will be sent to them after each session. These recordings are for personal use only and should not be shared with others. If found to be in breach of this immediate revocation of access will be performed. 4. Attendance Policy Attendance will be taken at each grind session. Students are encouraged to attend all sessions to maximize their learning experience, but they will still have access to recorded sessions if they miss a live grind. 5. Camera Policy To ensure comfort and safeguarding of students, it is not mandatory to have cameras turned on in some grinds. However, we do strongly encourage students to have their cameras on to ensure maximum attention and participation. 6. Monthly Report A monthly report will be provided at the end of each month. This report will include details on attendance, participation, and overall progress. 7. Payment Terms Payment for grinds is automatic and will be processed on the 1st of every month. This automatic payment will continue unless the service is cancelled. To cancel, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. If not processed before this, payment will be taken but will be refunded. Additional Terms Privacy and Data Protection: All student information and recordings are protected under our privacy policy.
